It will be the 3rd round art show of the year and the 1st time for me to hold an exhibition at the Marunouchi Cafe, in the midst of Tokyo's business district. The special event in the year of 150th Anniversary of Japan-Portugal Trade/Culture Treaty "PORTUGAL--Arte e Poesia" has just begun yesterday. At the beautiful venue, I'm showing 11 watercolors painted in Portugal last summer! They turn out just perfect at the Marunouchi Cafe!!
Thanks to the great help of IDEE staff members, as well as my co-producers Mom and Dad, I was able to settle all of my art pieces on the wall. They look out just perfect at the Marunouchi Cafe!!
I'm looking forward to seeing many people enjoy my art from Portugal.
Another talented illustrater, Mr. Nakabayashi, or Nakaban-san, is also showing some of his art pieces at the venue. He is really good!!
東京・丸の内カフェでのポルトガル風景画展示が始まりました。昨日、初日の夜にちらっと立ち寄ったのですが、遅い時間でしたがけっこう込み合っていて、真剣に勉強をしている人や書籍に目を通しながらリラックスしている方々の傍らで、熱心に私の作品をご覧になっている方が何人もいらして・・・嬉しかったです！
私の作品展示は１４日（月）までです。会場には、やはりポルトガルとの縁が深いイラストレーター・nakabanさんの作品も展示されています。
